Make Your Turkey Melt In Your Mouth Turkey Brine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
    1 (64 fluid ounce) bottle apple juice
    4 oranges, halved
    7 stalks celery, cut into large chunks
    3 onions, cut into large chunks
    6 sprigs fresh rosemary
    6 sprigs fresh thyme
    4 bay leaves
    2 fresh sage leaves
    1/2 cup kosher salt
    1/4 cup poultry seasoning
    2 tablespoons ground black pepper
Preparation
    Combine chicken broth and apple juice in a food-safe container large enough to hold your turkey and the brine ingredients. Squeeze juice from orange halves and drop spent orange halves into the broth mixture; add celery, onion, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, and sage leaves to the mixture. Stir salt, poultry seasoning, and black pepper into the liquid to dissolve.
