Chocolate Frosting V - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups white sugar
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
    1/2 cup shortening
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and salt. Add milk and shortening. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool before spreading on cake.
