Healthy Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg yolk (optional)
    1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons diced cucumber
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    1 tablespoon diced onion
    1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
    1 teaspoon mustard
    1 small garlic clove, pressed
Preparation
    Beat egg yolk and mayonnaise together in a bowl; stir cucumber, lemon juice, onion, vinegar, mustard, and garlic into the mayonnaise mixture.
    Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
