Basic 2-Ingredient Vegan Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    16 sugar cookies
Preparation
    Combine confectioners' sugar and lemon juice in a bowl, adding 1 teaspoon at a time, until the consistency is not too thick or too runny. Mix until well combined.
    Dip each cookie into the icing; place cookies on a cooling rack until set.
