1 cup low-fat plain, unsweetened kefir
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 (1 gram) packets Stevia In The Raw(R)
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
