Margarita Shrimp Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow onion, coarsely chopped
    8 Key limes, juiced
    1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger tequila
    1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 green bell peppers, coarsely chopped
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
    1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine onion, Key lime juice, and tequila in a large skillet over high heat; saute until onion is translucent, 3 to 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add shrimp, green bell peppers, cilantro, and cayenne pepper; cover and simmer until shrimp turns bright pink, about 7 minutes.
