Orange-Soy Sauce Reduction - cooking recipe

2 oranges, juiced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
Preparation

Bring the orange juice, soy sauce, chicken stock, and orange zest to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the sauce has reduced to half of its original volume, about 30 minutes.
