Cowboy Kale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 red pepper, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    12 white mushrooms, halved
    4 green onions, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    1 large bunch kale, stems removed, chopped
    1 Granny Smith apple, shredded
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 teaspoon balsamic vinaigrette, or to taste
Preparation
    Heat olive in a skillet over medium heat. Saute red pepper, green pepper, mushrooms, green onions, garlic, and salt until tender but not soggy, 3 to 5 minutes. Add kale and cook until wilted and tender, 1 to 2 minutes. Add apple and shredded carrot, cook until warmed through, 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with balsamic vinaigrette.
