Quick, Smoky Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    1/2 (16 ounce) package frozen green beans, defrosted
    1 tablespoon bacon bits (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon hickory smoked salt, or to taste
    1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering. Add sesame seeds and cook for 1 minute; watch carefully as seeds burn quickly. Add green beans, bacon bits, smoked salt, and garlic powder. Cook and stir until beans are hot, about 3 minutes.
