Bulgur With Feta And Grapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup boiling water
    1/2 cup fine bulgur
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    coarse salt to taste
    3/4 cup halved seedless grapes
    1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
    2 tablespoons chopped scallions
Preparation
    Combine boiling water, bulgur, and salt in a bowl. Cover and let stand until bulgur absorbs water and softens, about 30 minutes.
    Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, and coarse salt together in a large bowl. Mix in grapes, feta cheese, and scallions. Add bulgur; toss to distribute evenly.
