Browned Butter Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup butter
    2 cups confectioners' sugar
    2 tablespoons heavy cream
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons hot water
Preparation
    Heat the butter in a saucepan over low heat until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the confectioners' sugar, cream, and vanilla extract. Add water, mixing vigorously until smooth.
