Vinegar Pie Iv - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 cup white sugar
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    4 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 1/2 cups water
    6 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
    1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.)
    In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar. Stir in the melted butter and flour. Add the lemon juice, water, and vinegar; mix together until filling is smooth. Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
