Delicious Nut Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cashew halves
    1 cup canned cream of coconut
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3 tablespoons maple syrup
    1/2 cup soy milk
Preparation
    In the container of a blender, combine the cashews, cream of coconut, vanilla, maple syrup and soy milk. Blend until smooth and thick. Transfer to a container and store in the refrigerator. It will thicken even more after a while.
