Banana Oat Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 cups quick cooking oats
    1/2 cup white sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 cup mashed bananas
    1/4 cup skim milk
    2 egg whites
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix together bananas, egg whites, milk and vanilla. Beat all together.
    Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan which has been sprayed with non-stick spray for about 35 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. You may sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.
