Creamy Garlic Aioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 teaspoons vinegar, divided
    1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 pinch ground white pepper
    1 cup canola oil
Preparation
    Place egg yolks, garlic, 1 teaspoon vinegar, mustard powder, salt, and white pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Cover and turn processor on; pour in canola oil in very slowly at first, then more quickly as mixture thickens. Blend in remaining 1 teaspoon vinegar.
