Chef John'S Remoulade Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup cornichons, finely chopped
    1/2 bunch fresh dill, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons capers, drained and coarsely chopped
    1 lemon, juiced
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, or more to taste
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 pinch cayenne pepper, or more to taste
Preparation
    Stir mayonnaise, cornichons, dill, capers, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl.
