Turkish Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    1/4 teaspoon tomato paste
    1/2 medium onion, grated, juice reserved
    1/2 cup milk
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, tomato paste, and juice from the onion. Place meat into the bowl, cover, and marinate for at least 6 hours, but 24 hours is better.
