Quick-And-Easy Blt Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices thick-cut bacon
    2 romaine hearts, chopped
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 large avocado, chopped
    Dressing:
    1 cup mayonnaise (such as Best Foods(R))
    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    1 pinch salt
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste
Preparation
    Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels.
    While bacon is cooking, combine romaine, tomato, and avocado in a bowl.
    Combine mayonnaise and vinegar in a bowl; add salt and black pepper.
    Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
