Jalapeno Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
3 tablespoons capers, drained and chopped
2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno pepper
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
2 dashes hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco(R))
salt to taste
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, dill pickle, capers, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, parsley, hot pepper sauce, and salt together in a bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
