Kale, Carrot, And Sunflower Seed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon nutritional yeast
    1 pinch dried oregano
    1 pinch dried basil
    2 carrots, shaved into strips using a vegetable peeler
    1 1/2 cups chopped kale
    1/3 cup cooked quinoa
    1/3 cup sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, oregano, and basil together in a large bowl. Add carrots, kale, quinoa, and sunflower seeds; toss to combine.
