Pistachio Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    1 cup confectioners' sugar
    1/2 cup cold milk, or more as needed
    1 (1 ounce) package instant sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
    1 cup frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip(R)), thawed
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes. Gradually beat confectioners' sugar into cream cheese. Beat in pudding mix; add milk until desired consistency is reached. Fold in whipped topping.
