Greek Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large ripe avocado, chopped
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
1 small onion, minced
1 tomato, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
salt to taste
Preparation

Mash avocado in a bowl using a fork. Add feta cheese, onion, tomato, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and serve immediately.
