Quick Vegan Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup diced red onion
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1 tomato, quartered
    1 large orange, quartered
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
Preparation
    In a large, heavy saucepan combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, celery, red onion, raisins, walnuts, tomato, orange and garlic. Cook on medium-high until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
