Easy Sausage-Pasta Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 (28 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes, chopped
    3 1/2 cups beef broth
    2 cups water
    1/4 pound salami, cut into strips
    2 1/2 cups rotini pasta
Preparation
    In a heavy pot over medium heat cook crumbled sausage and onions and drain well.
    Stir in tomatoes, broth, water, and salami, heat to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add rotini, and simmer 15 minutes more or until pasta is done.
