Grandma'S Frozen Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) package silken tofu
    3/4 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup honey
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 baked (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Blend tofu in a food processor until smooth; add peanut butter, honey, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until filling is smooth and creamy. Pour into prepared crust and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
