Basic Eggless Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    3/4 cup cocoa powder
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup milk
    1 cup water
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup sour cream
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    Sift flour, white sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl. Add milk, water, oil, sour cream, and vanilla extract; mix together until well combined. Pour into an ungreased 9x13-inch pan.
    Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
