Ingredients
    4 cups fresh spinach
    1 pound garlic scapes, minced
    1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 cups olive oil
    2 tablespoons pine nuts, or to taste (optional)
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
