1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons lime zest
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation

Place the onion, parsley, vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, honey, salt, pepper, and lime zest in the bowl of a small food processor or blender. Process until thoroughly blended. Serve immediately, or place in a covered container and refrigerate until needed.
