Easy Popsicle® Floats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup ice cream, divided
1 fluid ounce root beer, or as needed
Preparation

Spoon 2 tablespoons ice cream into the bottom of an ice pop mold. Pour in root beer to slightly over half-full; top with 1 tablespoon ice cream. Freeze until firm, 8 hours to overnight.
Remove ice pop mold from the freezer; add remaining 1 tablespoon of ice cream to the top of the mold. Freeze until firm, 4 to 6 hours.
