Blue Monday Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup yogurt
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 tablespoon dried minced onion flakes
    1 tablespoon Beau Monde TM seasoning
    1 teaspoon garlic salt
    1 dash hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, yogurt, spinach, onion flakes, Beau Monde seasoning (TM), garlic salt and hot pepper sauce. Chill until ready to serve.
