Glen'S Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/8 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 cups milk
    1/3 cup cooking sherry
    3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour, paprika, mustard, pepper and salt. Pour in milk and sherry; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Stir in Swiss and Cheddar cheeses. Cook, stirring constantly, until melted and well blended.
