No-Bake Power Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup almond butter
    1/3 cup honey
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract, or more to taste
    1 cup rolled oats
    1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 cup cocoa nibs
    sea salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth. Stir oats, coconut, chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, and sea salt into almond butter mixture until well combined; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    Roll mixture into balls using your hands.
