Pasta Rybna (Mackerel Spread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ounces canned mackerel fillets in oil
    2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or to taste (optional)
    1 pinch ground black pepper
Preparation
    Drain mackerel and place in a large bowl. Add eggs, onion, mayonnaise, parsley, and black pepper; mix well to combine.
