6 garlic scapes, chopped
1 cup fresh basil leaves, or more to taste
1/3 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 scallion bulb, trimmed, or more to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation

Combine garlic scapes, basil, parsley, Parmesan cheese, scallion bulb, salt, and black pepper in a food processor; pulse to chop. Pour olive oil in slowly, with the processor running, until pesto sauce is smooth.
