White Chocolate Strawberry Ghosts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (12 ounce) packages white chocolate chips
    1/3 cup coconut oil
    3 quarts strawberries
    2 (12 ounce) packages semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching.
    Dip strawberries in melted white chocolate mixture; set on waxed paper-lined baking sheet to dry.
    Melt semisweet chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching. Pour chocolate into a pastry bag with a small tip or a plastic bag with a small corner cut off.
    Pipe eyes and and open mouth on the dried white chocolate dipped strawberries to make a 'face'.
