Egg Bhurji - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon garam masala
    1 teaspoon ground turmeric
    1 teaspoon ground coriander
    salt to taste
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    3 green chile peppers, sliced
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; add garam masala, turmeric, coriander, and salt. Cook and stir onion and green chile peppers in the seasoned oil until onion is slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
    Crack eggs into the skillet and season with salt; cook and stir until eggs are set and scrambled, about 5 minutes.
