1 1/2 cups vegan mayonnaise (such as Follow Your Heart(R) Vegenaise(R))
2 tablespoons plain soy milk, or as needed
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation

Mix vegan mayonnaise, soy milk, apple cider vinegar, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and black pepper together in a bowl until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours to meld flavors.
