Coconut Cream Pops - cooking recipe

1 (12 fluid ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk
1 (13.5 ounce) can light coconut milk
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons coconut extract
ground cinnamon to taste
Preparation

Whisk together the evaporated milk, coconut milk, confectioners' sugar, coconut extract, and ground cinnamon. Pour into freezer pop molds, and freeze until solid.
