Slow Cooker Goose - cooking recipe

1 (10 pound) goose, cut up
4 whole onions
water, to cover
Preparation

Combine goose and onions in a slow cooker. Pour enough water into the slow cooker to cover.
Cook on Low until goose meat is tender enough to shred easily with a pair of forks, 8 to 10 hours.
