Mock Sour Cream I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 cup plain yogurt
    1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 packet artificial sweetener
Preparation
    Using a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, yogurt, lemon juice and artificial sweetener until smooth. Can be kept in refrigerator for up to one week.
