1 clove garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation

Crush garlic with salt until it forms a paste. Stir in chili powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, and pepper in a small bowl. Alternatively, combine all ingredients in a bowl of a mini-food processor until well mixed. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
