Simple Breakfast Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup yogurt
    1 orange, peeled and broken into sections
    1 banana, broken into chunks
    1/4 cup strawberries, or more to taste
    1/4 cup ice cubes, or as needed
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon ground flax seeds (optional)
Preparation
    Blend yogurt, orange, banana, strawberries, ice, vanilla extract, and flax seeds together in a blender until smooth.
