Armenian Jajukh - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt (such as Mountain High(R))
1/2 clove garlic, crushed, or to taste
1 teaspoon crushed dried mint, or to taste
2 pinches salt
Preparation

Mix cucumbers and yogurt together in a bowl. Mix in garlic until fully incorporated. Add mint and salt; mix well.
