Homemade Kombucha, Aka Fauxbucha - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 frozen blueberries, or more to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, or more to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, or to taste
1 (12 fluid ounce) can seltzer water
ice cubes
Preparation

Place blueberries in a cup. Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and ginger. Pour in seltzer water; stir a few times. Stir in ice.
