Japanese Scrambled Eggs With Pacific Saury - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup water
    1 (5 ounce) can grilled Pacific saury
    1 tablespoon mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
    1 tablespoon soy sauce, or more to taste
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tablespoons chopped scallion
Preparation
    Bring water to the boil in a skillet. Add saury, mirin, and soy sauce. Return to a boil and slowly pour in beaten eggs, mixing well. Cook eggs until firm and set, 2 to 3 minutes; garnish with scallion.
