Southwestern Flank Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    2 limes, zested and juiced
    3 tablespoons chopped onion
    1 1/2 tablespoons honey
    1 tablespoon ground cumin
    2 cloves garlic, grated
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
    1 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper, or more to taste
    1 teaspoon ground coriander
    2 pounds beef flank steak, or to taste
Preparation
    Place oil, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, onion, honey, cumin, garlic, salt, black pepper, chipotle, and coriander in a gallon-sized zip-top bag. Mix thoroughly.
