Daily Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1/4 cup fresh spinach
    1/4 cup fresh blueberries
    1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
    1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
    1 tablespoon ground flax seed
    1 tablespoon ground almonds
Preparation
    Blend yogurt, almond milk, spinach, blueberries, grapeseed oil, chia seeds, flax seed, and almonds together in a blender until smooth.
