Tomato, Basil, Pine Nut Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, sliced
    1/3 cup pine nuts, chopped
    2 tablespoons water
    1/8 teaspoon white sugar
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, pine nuts, water, and sugar. Cover, and refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight.
