Clamato® Tuna Tostadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 red onion, sliced
    2 scallions, chopped
    1 1/2 tomatoes, chopped
    2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
    2 fresh jalapeno peppers, chopped
    Chopped fresh cilantro
    4 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained, flaked
    6 ounces Clamato(R) Original
    Fresh lime juice
    Maggi(R) salsa liquid seasoning
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    Salt and pepper to taste
    10 tostada shells
Preparation
    Place the red onion into a mixing bowl. Add the chopped scallions, tomatoes, cucumbers, jalapenos and cilantro to the same bowl.
    In a separate serving bowl, combine the tuna, Clamato(R), lime, salsa Maggi(R), Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix in the chopped veggies and enjoy over some freshly-baked tostadas.
