Vegetarian Mushroom Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter, or as needed
    4 cups finely chopped mushrooms
    1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
    8 (6 inch) corn tortillas, or as needed
    1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
    1 tomato, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1/4 cup guacamole, or to taste
    1/4 cup sour cream, for topping
    1/4 cup taco sauce, or to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until soft, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess butter and return to heat. Add taco seasoning and stir to combine, about 2 minutes more.
    Serve each tortilla topped with a few tablespoons of mushroom mixture, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, guacamole, sour cream, and taco sauce.
